The post provides a deep – power and class structure – analysis of the Occupy Wall Street movement which emerged on the autumn of 2011. The movement, following the philosophy of spontaneous anarchy, rejects all fixed hierarchy of decision making. This "perfect spontaneity", however, opened room for arbitrary decisions and for actions of self-appointed "avant-garde" groups that were destructive for the movement as a whole. The Socialist felt joined the events late but this still provides an opportunity have not seen for decades for rebuilding a capable and radical left in the US.
