The global uniformisation of law is more advanced in the area of economic and commercial law than in criminal law. The legal regulation of the trans-border economic activity is not in contradiction with the liberalisation of world trade. It is in fact a precondition to the global efficiency of the market mechanism.

One of the reasons behind the differences between the rich and poor countries is colonisation. The three imaginary manifestos analyses the consequences of colonisation (massive starvation, danger of terrorism) from different points of view.

Parallel with the liberalisation of the global financial system the role of the central or national banks grwths worldwide with increasing independence. Many times, bankers and investors have significant influence on priorities of these banks, however they pull out from responsibilities.
