The Reader may not know these two documents from Lenin, since they were only published a few years ago in a volume of documents, which contains the writings and speeches of Lenin blacklisted in the Soviet era.

Our editorial board has sent out a question to domestic and foreign social scientists. The question was the following: Has a new world order been born in the Spring of 2003? The aim of our initiative was to evaluate the effect of the war against Iraq on the international relations (law, politics, economics, culture). Our authors have offered the following writings for publication as an answer to the inquiry.
