The present article was originally written in the first half of April 1999. Its author ment it to be protest againts the Yugoslav war of the NATO. By then, its publicationwas rendered impossible by the strange strategy of a liberal weekly in Budapest, which accepted it, kept it on stock for more than a month and finally returned it.
