Towards a broader vision: race, gender and labour market segmentation in the social structure of accumulation framework

The authors discuss the flaws that result from the SSA theory's lack of attention to the role that race and gender play in the US post-World War II capitalist economy. They claim that incorporating race and gender more fundamentally into SSA analysis would offer both a more complete and robust theory and a better handle on strategy for social change.

Illegal tank purchase

Recently the Hungarian ministry of defence bought one hundred tanks from the government of Belarus. The deal violated several items of the law. This is, however, not an isolated case, i.e. the citizens have no guarantees that similar violations do not happen in other areas.
