Is there a future for the working class as an organized political and history-shaping force? Hardly, on the short run. The Left, however, has only got a future if it doesn't give up the critique and reform of capitalism and the hope and possibility for a more just system.

Globalisation and migration
The study reviews the international literature, which examines the question of international migration from a globalisation perspective, and draws conclusions about the process of globalisation from analysing migration. In spite of the historical continuities in the 1970s, a tremendous change has occurred in the world's political economic and geopolitical system, which reshaped international migration.
